In September 2007 the Government introduced new regulations to reform the training, qualifications and development of teachers, tutors, trainers and instructors. LLUK and the LSC have produced a booklet outlining how these changes may affect the Third Sector. It is aimed at employees involved in the delivery of learning as a teacher, tutor, trainer or instructor and third sector employees or trustees who manage or are responsible for the teachers, trainers, tutors or instructors within their organisation.
