In your drop down lists there seems no way to select more than one option e.g Manager and Health/Care  which could be appropriate for some people using the search format.

Also some courses can start according to demand or a rolling programme so a start date isn't always applicable.

Otherwise things look good and with a bit of extra tidying up will be fit for purpose.

The start date is not a compulsory field on entering the course so you should be able to leave it blank.  As you say the option needs to be there to cover the roll on, roll off courses.

A good point about refining the search and we will look into adding this facility.
